●     Proprietary Designs: The sewing patterns and fabric designs sold on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of Toile Designs LLC. You are granted a limited license for personal use only. Commercial reproduction of our designs is strictly prohibited.

3. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to:

●     Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or overburden the Site.

●     Use any "robot," "spider," or other automated device to scrape or monitor our content.

●     Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or our servers.

4. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

While we strive to provide the most accurate information possible, we do not warrant that product descriptions, fabric colors, or other content on the Site are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free.
